• Business location (district, address)

• Category and service information

• If you log in — Google account email or OTP-verified phone number

• Business photos you upload

As a user/visitor we collect:

• Search queries (anonymised)

• Which businesses were clicked — page views and WhatsApp/Phone CTA clicks

Collected information is used for these purposes:

• Displaying business listings in the public directory

• Contacting you via WhatsApp/phone for listing verification

• Improving platform quality

• Preventing fraud and fake listings

• Improving SEO and discoverability

We do not sell your information to third parties.

• All data is stored on servers located in India

• HTTPS encryption is used throughout

• OTP-based authentication — no passwords are ever stored

• On listing deletion, data is removed within 30 days

• We use Google Analytics for anonymised traffic data

At any time you may:

• Update or delete your listing

• Request deletion of your account

• Request to view the data we hold about you
